Special kit designed specifically to fit 99-04 Land Rover Discovery 2. Provides much more consistent temperature around selected thermostat setting. Improved reliability over factory system. Includes two paper gaskets, your choice of temperatures in one high quality thermostat, hose splice that goes in place of factory thermostat, bolts, and full instructions. Existing hose clamps and hoses are re-used. Thermostat delete option also available. Note: The sensor port up variant does not fit as tightly to the radiator shroud as the sensor port down variant does (see photos below). Sensor port up variant is for users who want to run an external temperature gauge.
Extra thermostat elements, re-usable silicone gasket, and/or extra paper gaskets available as spares. We highly recommend the re-usable silicone gasket as it allows the user to change thermostats easily with no RTV silicone and curing time, use immediately!
